The Curators

The three founders of the platform are the curators of the festival.

Siegfried Hansen

Siegfried is a member of the renowned international street photography collective „iN-PUBLIC“.
He is a popular speaker and juror at many international photography festivals. His photobook "hold the line" was published by Kettler. The book won many international awards and is sold out.

Marco Larousse

Marco is an international street- and documentary photographer based in Hamburg. After more than 30 years of experience in photography, he shares his passion and inspiration in workshops, books, podcasts, as curator, and public speaker. He is also co-author and writer of the introduction to the book "Streetfotografie made in Germany."

Martin U Waltz

Martin is based in Berlin and works as photographer, teacher for photography, and author.

He is a founding member of the Berlin1020 photography collective and publisher of the German Street Photography Site. He is author and co-author of several books on street photography. He also won many international photography competitions.

The Organizer


As a long time supporter of the street photography community, COSYSPEED agreed to be the organizer and cover the legal aspects of this festival.

The Festival Location


The Goldbekhaus is an established cultural center in the heart of Hamburg's popular Winterhude city district. The exhibition hall will host the photo gallery and the stage will host the symposium. The large outdoor courtyard will be the central meeting place for our visitors and also hosts food and drink vendors.

The festival will take place from June 21st - 23rd at the Goldbekhaus in Hamburg, Germany.

Get there by public transport:
Take Metrobus line 6, 17 or 25 to the bus stop: Goldbekplatz. From there it's about a 150m walk to the Goldbekhaus.

There is also a StadtRAD bike sharing station right at the Goldbekplatz.
